Shauna Marx Bryant spent 12 years as a competitive Rhythmic Gymnast under the coaching of Wuling Stephenson US National team coach, and Irina Gabashvilli 1979 World individual all-around bronze medalist. Throughout the years Shauna studied various dance disciplines including Ballet, Jazz, contemporary, Hip-hop, and Aerial acrobatics. After her career as a competitive gymnast Shauna received a Bachelor of Arts with a Minor in Dance and Film from Portland State University. She is the co-director of Lyrik Contemporary dance company as well as an owner of a local film company she started with her husband to create stunning visual arts including many dance films. She uses her various experiences in dance to create the choreography for the competitive gymnasts on the team.
